Watch your favorite TV show, in a Chinese hotel room If a Westerner traveling in China is crazy enough to just stay in his hotel room and watch television programs beamed from home country, he can do it. The Chinese government, more specifically the National Bureau of Radio, Television and Film, keeps a list of 30 foreign TV channels that can be made available at certain hotels. Among those on the list are CNN, NBO, CNBC, MTV, ESPN, BBC World, Euro Sorts News, NHK (Japan) and TV 5 (France). ¡°Certain hotels¡± means 3-star or above.
