More Flights between Europe and China Planned According to China’s National Bureau of Tourism Administration, several European airlines are planning new flights to China. British Airways and Virgin Atlantic, which currently make 10 flights per week to China, have recently reached agreement with Chinese authorities to increase the number of flights to 15. Scandinavian Airlines, for its part, is scheduled to begin on March 28 a thrice-weekly service between Shanghai and Copenhagen (the airline already flies between Beijing and Copenhagen on a daily basis). Also, starting in April, Finnair will fly daily between Beijing and Helsinki and five times a week between Shanghai and Helsinki. Back to China Notes and News
