Special Train Takes Tourists to Guilin, Vietnam
Soon residents of northern Chinese city Tianjin can take advantage of a train specially scheduled for travelers interested in touring popular destinations such as Guilin and some hot spots in Vietnam.
According to officials at the Tianjin Railway Station, the special train will have its first run on April 4. It will take tourists first to Guilin in South China, which is widely known for its fantastic landscape, and then to Nanning, the capital of Guanxi Province. From there the train will proceed southward and transport the tourists into Vietnam. On their returning trip, the tourists will also have the opportunity to visit China’s Hainan Island to enjoy the nice weather and coastal resorts there, which have become increasingly popular in the past decade.
