Super 8 Motel in Beijing U.S motel chain Super 8 has extended its franchise to China. The American company and Tianrui Hotel, located in Beijing, recently reached an agreement for the Chinese establishment to operate under the Super 8 brand name. It is reported that Super 8 intends to further expand its presence in China by working with Chinese economy lodging providers, with the hope to build up a franchise of 55 hotels/motels in five years. Tianrui Hotel is located in central Beijing, within walking distance to the city’s famed shopping street Wanfujing. Back to China Notes and News
