A: To go by taxi from Guangzhou East Train Station to Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport the cost is about 100 Chinese dollars (US$14), and it is about an hour. Airport shuttle buses come close to Guangzhou East Train Station. You can take a short ride in a taxi (10 Chinese dollars or so) to get to places like Guangzhou Zongtong Da Jiudian (Guangzhou Presidential Hotel) or Tianhe Dasha (Tianhe Building), where airport shuttle buses make their stops. The shuttle bus cost is about 20 Chinese dollars. The best way to go from Hong Kong to Hanoi seems to be flying.
