Q: From which airport will it take less time to travel to Dongguan - Hong Kong, Guangzhou or Shenzhen? And how and at what costs?
A: All the airports mentioned are not too far away from Dongguan, just one or two hours. You can take buses at the airports. From Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport it is an one hour or so ride. From Shenzhen Airport to Dongguan it is about 45 minutes (55 kilometers). Shenzhen is south of Dongguan, and Hong Kong is farther south, although not by a whole lot; you just have to go through the border-check point. The cost of going from Shenzhen and going from Guangzhou would be roughly the same whereas it is a bit more to travel from Hong Kong International Airport to Dongguan.
