Q: How does a Pakistan national living in China get Hong Kong visa by mail? Do I have to travel to Beijing?

A: You can apply either through the Immigration Department of Hong Kong, or through the Immigration Section of the Hong Kong government's office in Beijing. You can apply directly by mail or have your sponsor in Hong Kong apply on your behalf. Make sure you have the necessary visa to re-enter mainland China if that's your intention.
