Q: Hi - Can you tell me the best way to get from Macau to Nanning please? Many thanks.

A: You can fly out of Hong Kong to Nanning. If you take a turbo jet, you can get to Hong Kong International Airport from Macau in an hour or so. You can also fly out of Guangzhou (Shenzhen too) to Nanning. Trains also run from Guangzhou and Shenzhen. You can take bus to get to Guangzhou (from Macau airport or Gongbei border check point - that's where leave Macau and enter mainland-side city Zhuhai).

Finally, given the distance, it is a bit tough to go by bus. There are long distance coach service between Zhuhai to Nanning. It's an overnight ride.
