Q: Kindly inform us which is the best way for me and my wife to travel from Hong Kong International airport to Wenzhou in Zhejiang district and how much will it cost us?

A: There is long distance bus service between Wenzhou and Hong Kong. For further information call 8676 6264 in Wenzhou or (852) 2789 5401 in Hong Kong. It is going to be a rather long ride on a sleeper bus. No directly flight from Hong Kong to Wenzhou, but you can flight from Shenzhen or Guangzhou, which are one and two hours away from Hong Kong; flight lasts about one and half an hour and costs costs 600-900 yuan per person one way. You can also take train in Guangzhou. A soft berth on a train from Guangzhou to Wenzhou costs about 500 yuan; it is train ride of about 27 hours.

Update, May 2008: Now China Eastern Airlines operate a flight service between Hong Kong and Wenzhou. The plane departs in Hong Kong for Wenzhou in the morning and flies back from Wenzhou to Hong Kong in the afternoon. Flight time is two hours.
