Q: Iam traveling to china but going to Hong Kong first.I have got to visit Zhengzhou, Wenzhou, Foshan, Hangzhou, Chaona and Chaozhou. Can you recommed which way to travel and what kind of itinery. Than i will retun to Hong Kong before flying to UK I dont mind flying to the destinations.
| | A: Of the cities you plan to visit, Hong Kong, Foshan and Chaozhou are located on the coast of South China (not too sure which city you refer to by "Chaona"; presumably it is close to Chaozhou). Hangzhou is located in East China while Zhenzhou situates in Central China. A logical order seems to travel from Hong Kong to Hangzhou, from Hangzhou to Zhengzhou, from Zhengzhou to Chaozhou and Foshan before returning to Hong Kong. You can also go from Hong Kong to Zhengzhou, move on to Hangzhou, and then return to South China. Or visit cities in South China before you travel to Hangzhou and Zhengzhou. You can fly among most of these cities. Foshan is very close to Hong Kong, with which there is a direct train link. Chaozhou is about eight hours' train ride from Guangzhou or Shenzehn, which is a couple of hours away from Hong Kong. There are direct flights between Hong Kong and Hangzhou; flight time is roughly two hours. By train travel time between Guangzhou and Hangzhou is about 24 hours. Flight time between Hangzhou and Zhengzhou is about one hour twenty minutes; train travel time between the two cities is approximately 18 hours (slow trains). There flights between Zhengzhou and Hong Kong; flight time is about two and half hours.
