Answer to One China Travel Question
|
| | Q: Dear Sir, I have Bangladesh passport and now I'm in China. My China visa is (zero) entry. How can I go to Macau and get China visa?
| | A: Don't know for sure what you mean by zero entry. Do you have a single entry visa and the period provided by that visa is running out? Don't know for sure either if your solution is going to Macau to get another China visa. It seems a foreigner in China with an expiring visa can go to certain local authorities (Public Security Bureau, Goanju, which is basically the police) to extend the visa. Have you looked into that? In any event, citizens of Bangladesh needs visa to enter Macau (and Hong Kong). So it seems if you want to go Macau (or Hong Kong), you need to obtain a visa to do that first. To get a visa to enter Macau, travelers are instructed to apply at the closest Chinese consulates or embassies – but you’re in China. So don't know how this works. In Macau and Hong Kong, branch offices of China Travel Service (CTS) can help travelers obtain visas to enter mainland China.
