Q: Dear Sirs: Currently I am in Guangzhou and l would like to take a tour to Hong Kong for 2 days. I have a visa for one entry to china, and I have to return to Guangzhou, could you confirm what is required?

You do need a a visa to enter mainland China. In your case, since you are already in China with an one-entry visa, if you leave China, you need another visa to get back in. You can apply for a visa in Hong Kong. China Travel Service (H.K.), for instance, can assist travelers to get their China visa in one to three days.
