Q: Are there flights and other means of transportation from Xiamen to Gullin and how long does it take?
A: There are flights between Xiamen and Guilin. Flight time is approximately an hour and 30 minutes. There are no direct train link between Xiamen and Guilin. If you must travel by train, you have to make a connection on the way to get there. The highway distance between Xiamen and Guilin is around 1,300 km (900 miles). It takes a long distance bus about 15 hours to travel between the two cities - not an easy way to go and not suggested for foreign visitors.
