Q: Hi, I am Ghanian and I have a plan to visit Saipan for a two-week holiday. Do I need a visa? If yes, how do I get a Saipan visa? Saipan do not have embasssy here in Ghana.

A: Saipan is part of the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands, which in turn is a commonwealth of the USA. As a citizen of Ghana, you need a Visitor Entry Permit for the government of CNMI, which you apply at the Immigration Division of CNMI.
